it was probably not brought up because noone expects a team to call someone on it after blasting a ball over the fence.... just like tickledtoad said its an A-HOLE move to have to take a homerun from someone just because they didnt touch first... absolutly bruutal... if every rule was enforced this league would be a joke and not fun to play in at all
